Live Remote Assistance

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your K-VEST system, and would like someone from our Technical Support department to remotely connect into your computer and assist you, please call (603) 472-3519 *4015. Once you have a representative on the phone, click here or the “Get Remote Assistance” button above to launch the Remote Assistance Software.

Once you have downloaded the software above, select RUN. If your computer security prompts you to allow the program to run, please select RUN, ALLOW or CONTINUE again. Once the program launches it will provide you with an ID and PASSWORD you will need to tell your technical support representative.
