K-SENSOR batteries are proprietary and contain no user-serviceable parts. Battery replacements are available by contacting K-MOTION Technical Support at [email protected], or via phone at 603.472.3519 option 2.
An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is required to send sensors back for battery replacement and can be obtained from K-MOTION Technical Support.
Current rate is $85 per battery.
