Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original condition. To start a return, contact PG TECH support at +1.603.472.3519 ext. 4015 or [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — returns won’t be accepted without one. Once you have your RMA, ship your item to PG TECH, 7641 E. Gray Rd, Suite B1, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
Please note that non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. For items over $75, trackable shipping or insurance is recommended.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund approval. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
What items cannot be returned? Downloadable software, subscription/membership services, accessed educational content, attended live events, and technical support services are non-refundable.
